Mr. Rooter Plumbing, a Neighbourly™ company, is closely monitoring the current situation and its impact in our community. The health and safety of our customers is our highest priority during this time. While we cannot control the severity or unpredictability of this virus, we can take preventive measures to limit the spread and impact of the current situation. We are currently acting with prudence in our day-to-day operation with basic preventative safety measures following the guidance set forth by the federal government and your local state/provincial authorities, including:

• Cleaning hands with soap often (for at least 20 seconds)
• Using an alcohol-based hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available
• Keeping a safe distance (2-metre) from people who are sneezing or coughing
• Cleaning frequently touched surfaces
• Covering cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash right away
• Staying home when sick

We encourage our customers to let us know in advance of an appointment if there are any concerns or would like us to take special precautions. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and act accordingly.

In addition, we are actively checking in regularly with our front-line technicians, in-office specialists and management to find-out from each of them how they are feeling. We are doing our best so everyone who calls us for our expert service can do so with confidence that their plumbing and related issues will be resolved in the most appropriate, healthiest and safest manner.

This begins when we receive your call, we will be asking every caller questions around general well-being and recent travel(s) in an effort to protect you and our plumbers to determine how we may best serve you. Our questions will include if you are experiencing a dry cough, flu-like symptoms or have traveled out of the country in the last 30 days.

We know that plumbing issues can be emergencies and we are prepared to prioritize emergencies and determine the safest and healthiest way for us to provide our excellent service to you.
